Linear Programming Manager is a front end for the LPSolve library which allows the user to create, edit and solve linear programming problems using LPSolve.dll without the need to understand the various formats used to store such problems.
The software gives access to all the individual items which makeup a problem specification: rows, columns, coefficients, etc.
